I’m a Dallas baby photographer, but sometimes the baby can be an animal too, lol!! My son Drew is turning six in just two days! I wanted to do something special for his six year session! I was looking for ideas everywhere and then I saw our sweet friends had just gotten a pet baby goat!

We went to their ranch in Melissa, TX and ohh, what a blast it was!! They had a little potbelly pig, a baby goat, chickens, donkeys, dogs and cats!! The kids were sooo excited!! I wish we would have arrived earlier because they just loved it there so much!! Imagine, baby goat Emmy had her own play ground!! Have you ever seen a goat going down the slide?!! Ha, we have! It was seriously the sweetest experience!! The boys were beyond excited!! We all love animals so much!!

It was the perfect way to spend my sons last days being five years old! My family had many animals when I was growing up!! Im not going to lie, I WAS JUST AS EXCITED AS MY KIDS WERE!!

Now, Im begging my sweet husband for a baby goat…. and a potbelly pig, and a puppy…. throw in a baby donkey too, lol!! But seriously, living on a farm with animals is the best!!
