Lewisville Newborn Photography – Rita K. Wilder Photography.* I got to meet the most precious girl – Baby Elena. Her sweet mom told me she wanted to see grays, whites and light pinks in her daughters newborn photographs. I created the sets based on colors Madelyn sent me, I always ask moms what colors they prefer to see at their baby’s photo session that’s how we can make sure the photos would look well in clients homes as well!
Elena was an absolute dream to photograph, she slept the entire time. We got to do so many cute poses and set ups! Newborns session usually lasts 1-3 hours. It all depends on how well the newborn baby is sleeping because if the baby is awake or wakes up every time they are touched its not safe to pose them in props. That’s why it is important to have a baby asleep for a newborn session. I send out a prep guide to all the parents to make it easier to prepare for their newborn sessions.
Elena is such pretty name, it comes to find out that Elena’s dad loved the movie Zorro and that’s where they got the inspiration for her name! I jumped in joy when I found that out, lol! I watched Zorro every day as a kid, lol.
It was an absolute joy working with the wonderful McCal Family! I can already see what an incredible parents they are to baby Elena, such a sweet bunch!
